A Cessnock man has clocked off work for the day on a high after receiving a phone call from us and discovering he'd scored $100,000 in today's Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The Hunter Valley resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 11031, drawn Friday 25 2025. He looks forward to a $100,000 prize.
"No way! This is unbelievable!" he cheered when we called.
"You're blowing me away right now.
"I've always dreamed of winning. My wife and I often talk about what we'd do with a lottery win.
"I just sent her a screenshot of the win, and she texted right back saying, 'Are you serious?!'.
"I've just clocked off for the day, so I think I might have to stop and grab a bottle of champagne on my way home. They'll be lots of celebrating for us today.
"I don't think I'll be able to wrap my head around it for a while."
With $100,000 set to boost his bank account in the coming weeks, the down-to-earth man shared the prize was going to be life-changing for his family.
"Oh look, this is absolutely life-changing for us. It's going to make a massive difference in our life," he said.
"I just feel extremely lucky to have won.
"We'll finally be able to secure our retirement and tick off some travel we've been wanting to do."
His winning entry of three random numbers was purchased on The Lott website - the official home of Australia's lotteries.
