CPSU
On 8 February 2022, the CPSU notified the Fair Work Commission of a change to chapter B of its rules which apply to the PSU Group.
The proposed rule change would establish a framework of powers and procedural fairness rights to facilitate the creation of an enforceable delegate standard for PSU Group delegates.
