Merchant fees
Direct debit payments incur a transaction fee based on the payment method used.
- A surcharge of 1.43% (minimum charge $0.50) applies to all credit card transactions.
- An additional 1.1% surcharge applies to payments made with international credit cards.
- A flat 35-cent fee will apply to each transaction for customers paying directly from their bank account.
