Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit have charged a man following a fatal crash in Flora Hill earlier this week, Victoria Police say.
A 21-year-old Long Gully woman was killed when the car she was a passenger in struck a stationary truck on Somerville Street on 17 December.
Two men, occupants of the truck, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the car, a 20-year-old Long Gully man, was taken to hospital under police guard.
The man was interviewed by police today and charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death.
He has been remanded to appear at Bendigo Magistrates’ Count on 1 May 2019
