Homicide Squad detectives have charged a woman following a homicide in Mernda last night, Victoria Police say.
Emergency services were called to an address in Ramez Street about 5pm after reports of a man suffering stab wounds.
He died at the scene and police arrested a 30-year-old Mernda woman.
She has been interviewed by police and charged with one count of murder.
She will face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court later today.
