The CitiPower and Cricket Victoria Canteen Grants program is back this season, following a bumper 2024/25 with over $78,000 in grants delivered across 21 Victorian cricket clubs.
Now in its eighth year, the Canteen Grants program has delivered over $450,000 to 95 cricket clubs across the state, with funds set to tick over $500,000 in season 2025/26.
Victorian cricket clubs can apply for up to $5,000 through the Canteen Grants program to improve electrical safety at their facilities. Funding can be used for upgrading appliances, wiring, switchboards, and related infrastructure to ensure safe, high-quality services.
The funding provided by the Canteen Grants program has been particularly meaningful for Victorian cricket clubs in regions hit hard by natural disasters, including floods and bushfires over the last eight years.
By supporting recovery and redevelopment efforts, the Canteen Grants program has helped ensure these clubs can rebuild, thrive, and remain central hubs for their communities.
Applications for the 2025/26 CitiPower and Cricket Victoria Canteen Grant Program commence 3 November 2025 and closes 12 December 2025.

Who can apply?
The CitiPower and Cricket Victoria Canteen Grants Program is available to Victorian cricket clubs and associated affiliations with the following bodies:
- Victorian Country Cricket League
- Victorian Metropolitan Cricket Association
- Victorian Sub District Cricket Association
- Victorian Premier Cricket
