City of Ballarat services start to return to normal

Some City of Ballarat services are reverting to normal following restrictions caused by the recent Omicron outbreak.

Ageing Well:

The Ageing Well team is now providing its full range of support services, including assisted shopping with residents asked to wear a mask in the car.

Domestic assistance and personal care have continued throughout the outbreak, while in-home respite care has resumed for the original time of up to four hours per session.

Community care workers will continue to wear PPE indoors to ensure their own personal safety and residents' safety.

Regional Assessment Services is now doing home assessments when possible and Social Connections activities, both indoor and outdoor, have resumed.
