Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 27-year-old Coburn Elkin.
A warrant has been issued for the Ringwood man's arrest for drug and assault related matters.
Elkin is approximately 168cm tall, with a thin build and is Caucasian in appearance.
He is known to frequent the Ringwood area and relies heavily on public transport to get around.
Investigators have released an image of Elkin in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
