Council is seeking an experienced artist to collaborate with the Natimuk and Quantong communities as part of the Creative Recovery Project.
Working alongside the project's Community Working Group (CWG), Horsham Rural City Council, recovery partners and Grampians Community Health, the successful artist will guide community members through a creative process that reflects on their experiences of the Telfers Road-Grass Flat bushfire and contributes to a lasting public artwork.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an artist who can:
- Work collaboratively with a wide community
- Help people find their ideas
- Work alongside creatives with various levels of skill and confidence to find their voice
- Teach both creative techniques and creative thinking.
