The 2026 Annual Declaration on Compliance (ADC) is open until 31 March 2026. ASQA emailed a unique weblink to the online declaration to all Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of ASQA-regulated registered training organisations (RTOs) on 3 March 2026.
The National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (Compliance Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations and Fit and Proper Person Requirements) Instrument 2025 requires all RTOs to submit an ADC by the due date.
If your organisation's CEO did not receive the unique weblink from ASQA, you should take the following steps:
- Check your CEO's spam/junk email folder.
- Check that the email address for your CEO contact is correctly listed on training.gov.au
