Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Oakleigh man Jose.
The 70-year-old was last seen on Devon Grove in Oakleigh around 3.30pm on 13 October.
Family and police are concerned as Jose has a medical condition and speaks limited English.
Police have released an image of Jose in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
