Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Luke.
The 24-year-old was last seen in Heidelberg on Saturday, 17 July about 12.30pm.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Luke is about 180cm tall, with a medium build and a fair complexion. He has long blonde hair that is often worn in a ponytail and was last seen wearing a blue hoodie.
He is known to frequent the St Kilda, Southbank, Kew East, Ascot Vale and Frankston areas.
Police have released images of Luke in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Luke is urged to contact Heidelberg Police Station on 9450 8000.
