Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Hayden.
The 16-year-old was last seen on Village Avenue in Traralgon about 3pm on 31 December 2021.
He is described as 170cm tall with a slim build and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants, a black Nike brand hoodie, black Nike baseball cap, and silver Nike runners.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his medical conditions.
He is known to use public transport and frequents the south eastern suburbs and Gippsland areas.
Police have also released an image of Hayden in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
