Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Branka Dennis.
The 58-year-old was last seen at a care facility in Yarraville about 7pm yesterday.
Police and family hold concerns for Branka's welfare as she has a cognitive disability and may become disorientated.
Branka is described as 170cm tall with a medium build, short blonde hair and green eyes.
She was last seen wearing a blue and white top, a black cardigan, blue leggings and may be carrying a bag.
Branka is drawn to park and reserve areas and is known to frequent Yarraville, Spotswood, South Kingsville, Williamstown and Altona.
Police have released an image of Branka in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
