Council Unveils Online Booking for Venues, Facilities

Penrith City Council has launched a new online booking system to make hiring community venues, sports facilities, Ripples pools and spaces across the City faster and more convenient.

The new system allows customers to complete the entire booking process digitally, including booking enquiries, uploading required documents and making secure online payments.

Venue and facility availability can be viewed in real time, making it easier for customers to plan their next event.

Penrith Mayor Todd Carney said the new online booking system will make it easier than ever for the community to access Council venues and facilities.

"We're always looking for smarter and simpler ways for our community to connect with Council services," Cr Carney said.

"This new system makes booking faster and more convenient, giving our community an easier way to access the many venues and sporting facilities we have right here in Penrith."

The online booking system features detailed listings for each venue, including images and comprehensive information on accessibility, parking, amenities and WiFi.

Selected venues also include immersive 'fly-through' visuals, allowing customers to take a virtual tour before making a booking.
