Customer Satisfaction Survey 22 December

Customers are being invited to provide feedback

The Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (DMPE) is inviting our customers to tell us about their recent experience through our customer survey. We have engaged Ipsos, an independent research agency to facilitate this online survey.

In line with our Customer Service Charter , DMPE is committed to striving for excellence and looking for better ways of doing things. The survey is an opportunity for the customers who have interacted with our department to tell us what we did well and how we can improve the services we deliver to the Western Australian community.

If you are invited to participate in the survey, the survey link will be emailed to you and will take less than 10 minutes to complete. It will be available for four weeks from the time you receive it.

The survey aligns with Australian Privacy principles. Feedback will remain anonymous, strictly confidential and, in accordance with the DMPE Privacy Policy, will only be used for the purpose of improving our service.
