Customer Satisfaction Survey Underway For 2026

Across March, independent researchers will be knocking on doors and phoning Monash residents to gather feedback for our community satisfaction survey. This helps us understand how we are performing and identify ways to improve.

We want to hear about your experience of our customer service, libraries, parks and gardens, waste services, recreational facilities, local streets and footpaths, and other Council services and program areas.

Phone surveys will be conducted by TWK Researchers and in person surveys will be conducted by Metropolis Researchers, who will carry identification when visiting residents across Monash.

Phone surveys are expected to take 3-5 minutes and in-person surveys 10-15 minutes. Participation is voluntary, and all responses are confidential and de‑identified.
