We’re pleased to be able to welcome people back to our South Morang customer service centre from 4 November as well as our service desk at Westfield.
Customers will be able to pay bills and complete transactions in person between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
To ensure we can keep you and our staff safe there will be a few changes.
- You’ll need to wear your mask,
- Use the sanitiser station
- Sign in via a QR code or in a book as required by the DHHS
- Observe physical distancing and capacity limts.
