Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle at Redbank Plains, QLD

Police have charged a 48-year-old male driver after a vehicle crashed into a house at Redbank Plains overnight., Queensland Police say

It will be alleged around 1.15am the utility ploughed into the Laurel Street residence causing significant damage.

Neither the driver nor the female resident were injured during the incident.

The Redbank Plains man has been charged with one count each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle whilst adversely affected by an intoxicating substance and driving under the influence of liquor.

He is expected to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on October 19.
