Operations at the Community Reception Centre (CRC) will be deactivated at 5pm tomorrow (Wednesday 31 December 2025).
NSW Police would like to thank the many volunteers and staff who have supported the CRC since Monday 15 December 2025.
The CRC will operate on Wednesday 31 December between 8am and 5pm, and the public is encouraged to attend today or tomorrow if you wish to speak to an investigator.
The New South Wales Police Force remains committed to ensuring the community can contact Investigators via email [email protected]
Support services will continue to operate at the Reconstruction Authority - Community Support Hub located at the Bondi Pavillion (Queen Elizabeth Drive, Bondi Beach). It is open from 10am – 4pm.
The Hub will be closed on Thursday 1 January 2026 for the public holiday and will reopen on Friday 2 January 2026.
The hub offers a range of practical advice and support, including mental health and wellbeing services for everyone in the impacted community.
