Detectives from the Corrective Services Investigation Unit and Maryborough Criminal Investigation Branch have charged a 29-year-old man and a 31-year-old man with murder following the death of a 28-year-old person on 1 December, resulting from injuries sustained in an assault that allegedly occurred at the Maryborough Correctional Centre on 26 November. Both men are expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow, 8 January.
