Mill Park Serious Crime detectives are appealing for public assistance after a car was damaged in Lalor this morning.
Police were called to Clifton Grove about 2am after a car parked in a driveway was located with holes in the windows.
Investigators believe unknown offenders travelling in a vehicle, damaged the car and fled the scene.
No-one was injured during the incident.
Ballistics experts attended and after further investigation believe that the damage was not caused by a firearm.
Detectives are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone that may have seen any suspicious activity in the area.
