Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Dianella today, Monday 18 December 2023.
About 8:20am, a black Audi Sedan was being driven east on Woodrow Avenue, near Grand Promenade. At the same time, a 31-year-old man was jogging along the footpath that runs alongside Woodrow Avenue.
The Audi and the pedestrian collided with each other, with the Audi coming to a stop at the intersection of Woodrow Avenue and Grand Promenade.
The 31-year-old man received serious injuries in the crash, and was taken by St John WA to Royal Perth Hospital.
The 72-year-old male driver of the Audi was also taken by St John WA to Royal Perth Hospital.
