Police are investigating after two people died in a collision in Weering this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to reports two cars had collided near the intersection of Colac-Ballarat and Barpinba roads about 5.15pm.
The sole occupants of both vehicles, who are yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision is ongoing.
