Draft Dubbo Regional Local Environmental Plan – public exhibition

Dubbo Regional Council, as required by the NSW State Government, has prepared the draft Dubbo Regional Local Environmental Plan (LEP). The draft Dubbo Regional LEP is a consolidation of the existing planning controls contained under the Dubbo LEP 2011 and Wellington LEP 2012. The draft Dubbo Regional LEP will guide planning and land use activities within the Local Government Area (LGA) including development, heritage, conservation, agricultural usage and the zoning of land for the whole Dubbo Regional LGA.

Council is required to prepare a consolidated LEP following theamalgamation of the former Wellington and Dubbo City Councils in 2016.
