Police have charged three people with drug, weapon and property crime offences following a search of a Kearneys Spring property on 27 July.
Around 11.55am officers attended a Stumm Street address after receiving reports of a vehicle driving dangerously.
Upon arrival it is alleged several people ran from the property with one person throwing a suspicious bag over a neighbouring fence.
When officers searched the bag, it is alleged they found 82.2 grams of methylamphetamine, an amount of cannabis, $4400 cash, restricted medications, drug utensils and a knife.
Officers also conducted a subsequent search of the property allegedly seizing 52 stolen power tools, stolen number plates, a taser and two mobile phones.
A 52 year old Kearneys Spring man has been charged with four counts of possess dangerous drugs and offence to buy or possess S4 or S8 medicines or hazardous poisons and one count each of possession of property suspected of being the proceeds of an offence, possessing anything for use in the commission of crime, possess utensils or pipes, possession of a knife in a public place or a school and receiving tainted property.
He is due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on 26 August.
A 25 year old Kearneys Spring woman has been charged with four counts of possess dangerous drugs and offence to buy or possess S4 or S8 medicines or hazardous poisons and one count each of unlawful possession of weapons Category D / H / R weapon, possession of property suspected of being the proceeds of an offence, possessing property suspected of having been acquired for the purpose of committing a drug offence, possess utensils or pipes, possession of a knife in a public place or a school and receiving tainted property.
She has been remanded in custody to reappear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on 31 July.
