Drugs located at Caroline Springs warrant

Officers from North West Metro Division 3 executed a search warrant in Parsley Street, Caroline Springs today.

A 31-year-old Caroline Springs man was arrested and the premises searched.

During the search police uncovered what is believed to be a commercial quantity of methylamphetamine and 1, 4 Butanediol.

A pen pistol and a conducted energy device were also located during the search.

The 31-year-old was charged with traffick commercial quantity of drug of dependence, prohibited person possess firearm, assault emergency worker on duty and other offences.

He was remanded to face Melbourne Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
