Police have charged a man after drugs were allegedly located in a vehicle in Clarinda yesterday afternoon.
It is alleged drugs, believed to be worth over $26,600, were located in a vehicle parked on Bunney Road about 4.15pm.
They were seized from the vehicle which allegedly had cloned plates.
A man got out of the vehicle, entered a property and then fled the scene on foot.
He was arrested a short time later.
The 47-year-old Clarinda man has been charged with trafficking Methamphetamine, trafficking 1-4 Butanol, possessing drugs and committing an indictable offence whilst on bail.
He's been remanded to appear at Moorabbin Magistrates' Court later today.
