Dwyer Quality Homes long-term new home sales representative Scott Humphreys has recently surpassed a staggering $50 million in total home sales.

'Scotty', as he's known by colleagues and clients alike, said he's thrilled to have reached what he calls a rare milestone in his industry – selling almost 200 homes and achieving $50 million in sales with a single builder.

"It's a number that I'm really proud of," Scott said. "To have achieved it with one company, especially one that aligns so closely with my own personal values, makes it even more meaningful."

Scott was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast and has spent the past 14 years with Dwyer Quality Homes helping locals build their dream homes. And he doesn't just talk the talk, Scott has built three homes with Dwyer Quality Homes, which gives him a unique level of insight into the process.

"When I speak to our clients, it's not just sales, it's coming from my own personal experience along with a genuine belief in the quality of the homes we have built over the past 40 years," he said.

Known for his straightforward style, Scott's approach to sales is rooted in one core value: honesty.

"Honesty is everything in my book," Scott said. "With me, there are no smoke and mirrors, no hidden surprises, just open and honest communication, right from day one."

"I truly love what I do, and if I could give one piece of advice to someone starting in my industry, I would say that you have to stay informed and fully invested in helping your clients through the whole building process.

"This isn't a job you can do half-heartedly. To have success over a sustained period requires 100 per cent effort, every time."
