A man missing from Eastwood has been located safe and well.
The 82-year-old man was last seen at a supermarket on Rowe Street, Eastwood, about 2.30pm yesterday (Thursday 25 August 2022).
When he could not be located, he was reported missing to officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.
Following inquiries and a public appeal, the man was located safe and well at Macquarie Park about 8.40pm last night (Thursday 25 August 2022).
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
