Police will prepare a report for the coroner after the body of a man was located following a fire in Mount Louisa, in Townsville, last night (August 11).
Emergency services were called to a caravan and shipping container on fire at a Woolcock Street industrial property just before 10pm.
The body of a man, believed to be in his 40s, was subsequently located inside the shipping container.
Investigations are underway into the cause of the fire.
Anyone with information or who was in the area at the time and may have CCTV or dashcam footage, is urged to contact police.
