Emerging singer/songwriters, musicians and bands on the Central Coast are invited to submit their original songs in the online eMergent Sounds Song Competition.
Shortlisted songs will be published online for a public vote. The winning song will be awarded a prize of $1000.
The public will also be able to vote by scanning QR codes that will be made available on the Big Chairs that form an art trail across the region.
Shortlisted performers will be invited to participate in the Creative Engineers Music Pathways program and perform as part of Youth Week celebrations (20-30 April). Their orignal songs will also be featured on the 2023 eMergent Sounds playlist.

How to enter
Entrants must be singer/songwriters, musicians or bands aged 12-24 years old who live, study or work on the Central Coast.
