Empty Promises And Higher Taxes: Labor's Dodgy Costings Get Worse

Liberal Tasmania
  • Felix Ellis Minister for Police, Fire and Emergency Management, Minister for Housing, Planning and Consumer Affairs, Minister for Skills and Training, Member for Braddon
  • Just when you thought Labor's dodgy costings couldn't get any worse, they have.

First, a $300 million blackhole was uncovered, which Josh Willie was unable to explain.

Then over $150 million of hidden cuts to health and emergency service workers were found.

And now Labor has been caught out not costing the promises they have made to Tasmanian families about their childcare policies.

Labor's costings have nothing allocated over two years for education and childcare services - it just shows this is a childcare con job while they make up empty policy on the run

Dean Winter forced this early election on a lie.

His budget savings and costings have been called out by numerous media outlets.

Only one thing is certain, Mr Winter will raise taxes, just as he voted to do on 9 April.

    Labor: they'll make you pay.
