Bass Coast Shire Council is extending the community consultation for the proposed road and drainage improvement program for Sunderland Bay and Surf Beach estates until Monday, 20 December.
Bass Coast Shire Mayor, Cr Michael Whelan said that due to an anomaly in the letter distributions, some hardcopy letters were not received.
"Because of this, we have extended this initial consultation period until 20 December to provide property owners with more time to provide their feedback," Cr Whelan said.
"We would like to thank everyone who has participated in the community consultation so far."
