EPA Victoria has revoked its approval of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) issued to Maddeningly Brown Coal in 2021 for its Western Soil Treatment site.
The company requested the EMP's approval be withdrawn after their bid with the West Gate Tunnel Project to accept soil was unsuccessful.
As MBC no longer has an approved EMP, it has been withdrawn from the EPA website.
