City of Mount Gambier is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced individuals, businesses, or franchises to operate the café located within the Mount Gambier Library at 6 Watson Terrace.
The successful applicant will be responsible for equipping and operating the café, providing a welcoming and vibrant space for library visitors and the wider community.
Acting Manager Library and Community Development Sally Mann said the café presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the library's dynamic and inclusive environment.
"The café space has the potential to become a social hub within the library, enhancing the visitor experience and supporting community connection," Ms Mann said.
"We're looking for an operator who shares our vision for a warm, accessible, and community-focused space."

Submissions must include a financial proposal and address the criteria outlined in the documentation. Site inspections can be arranged with suitable respondents following the receipt of submissions.
