Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man involved in an evade police incident in Brinsmead last night, Queensland Police say.
The incident occurred in the vicinity of Reservoir Road at around 7.30pm where a stolen vehicle crashed into a tree.
He was last seen near parkland around Glenoma Park and may be in possession of a firearm. Police also believe the man may have been injured as a result of the crash.
He is described as Caucasian, 175cm tall, with a heavy build, blonde hair and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo across his upper chest.
Anyone who sees the man is urged not to approach him but to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.
