The University of Liverpool's new online hub of fascinating free cultural activities, apps and blogs is now live.

Working in partnership with Liverpool City Council, Culture at Home is hosted on the University's COVID-19 information hub and brings together a wide range of activities for all ages and interests including concerts, exhibitions, writing for wellbeing, and much more.

The hub offers activities created by the University's academics and members of the wider University community, alongside resources offered by Liverpool City Council.

Accessible to the general public in addition to University students and staff, Culture at Home features opportunities to get creative through exploring your artistic skills, engaging with your inner author, or taking a virtual tour of the Victoria Gallery and Museum.

Step into the past with our range of historical activities, including the top 21 things to watch on Netflix from historical documentaries to comical interpretations of historical events.

There are also helpful resources for studying at home, as well as links to our weekly lunchtime concerts, featuring talented musicians performing from their homes to yours.

Professor Dinah Birch CBE, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Cultural Engagement said: "Engaging with a variety of cultural resources is one of the best ways of staying connected, and expanding our sense of the new experiences that a virtual world makes possible. With this in mind, I have been working with colleagues to develop a wide range of cultural activities, easily accessible to all of our staff and students, and to the wider community of Liverpool and the city region."

The Culture at Home hub will be updated regularly more great things to learn and do.
