Central Coast Council invites expressions of interest from community organisations, training providers, businesses or individuals who provide services to the community, to submit an expression of interest to lease the Yaringaa building - 93 McMasters Rd, Woy Woy.
Potential uses of the building include:
- Community group activities
- Head office for community group
- Central hub for multi-site organisation
- Other community based activities.
The leasable space comprises of:
- Large office/meeting room
- Kitchen
- Ample onsite parking for staff and customers
- Two subleased areas which provide valuable services to the community
Submissions are accepted from now until 5pm Friday 28 October.
