Fatal Aviation Incident, Dugandan

Two people have been located deceased following a light plane crash at Dugandan, near Boonah this afternoon, January 14.

Just before 12pm, emergency services responded to reports of an aviation incident at a location just off Bruckner Hill Road.

Upon arrival, officers located the two male occupants of the aircraft, a 69-year-old and an 82-year-old, who were both declared deceased.

Forensic Crash Unit Investigators will work with Recreational Aviation Australia (RAAUS) officials to determine the cause of the crash.
