Fatal motorbike crash, Marsden

A 37-year-old man has died following a fatal motorbike crash in Marsden this morning (March 11).

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 12.45am, a motorbike was travelling along Second Avenue when it crashed near Macarthy Road.

The rider, a 37-year-old Crestmead man, sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.

Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dashcam vision from the area to come forward.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
