Police are investigating following a fatal traffic crash at Coolangatta this morning, Queensland Police say.
Preliminary information suggests a motorcycle has collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Coolangatta Road and Musgrave Street at around 8:15am.
The rider, a 29-year-old man from Palm Beach was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The 52-year-old male driver of the car was not physically injured.
Police are appealing to any members of the public who witnessed the incident or who have relevant dash-cam footage of the area at the time, to contact them.
The Forensic Crash Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
