Federation Council extends its thanks to all tourism stakeholders who attended the successful networking session held in August at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Resort. The event, which provided an update on the 'Moments That Mean Everything' winter marketing campaign, was a testament to the collaborative spirit of the region.
The session, hosted in partnership with Moira Shire Council and Berrigan Shire Council, offered an opportunity for local tourism operators to hear about the campaign's early successes and learn how they can get involved. The campaign is designed to drive visitors to the Sun Country on the Murray and North of the Murray regions during the cooler months, focusing on a sense of freedom, nostalgia, and joy.
Federation Council Mayor, Cr Cheryl Cook said it was fantastic to see the networking session hosted for local tourism operators and interest stakeholders.
"The networking session provided a valuable opportunity to share in the excitement of the 'Moments That Mean Everything' marketing campaign and other progress being made in our tourism service," she said.
"The winter marketing campaign has proven to be a powerful way to showcase the unique experiences our region offers. It's a true collaborative effort, and its success is a direct reflection of our community's passion and commitment to tourism."
