FFA Cup 2021 Quarter Final draw to take place this Sunday

Football Australia can advise that the FFA Cup 2021 Quarter Final live draw will take place this Sunday, 5 December.

The draw will be broadcast via Paramount+ for the first time, taking place in between the two scheduled Liberty A-League Women & Isuzu UTE A-League Men fixtures at AAMI Park; Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United and Melbourne Victory v Perth Glory.

The draw will commence at approximately 6:30pm AEDT and will determine the Quarter Final match-ups, which will move to a Nationally Open draw and away from the Zone format implemented in previous rounds.

The teams involved are:

FFA Cup 2021 Quarter Finalists:

  • Adelaide United FC
  • Brisbane Roar FC
  • Central Coast Mariners FC
  • Melbourne City FC
  • Sydney FC or Macarthur FC
  • Gold Coast Knights FC or Melbourne Victory
  • Tigers FC/APIA Leichhardt or Western Sydney Wanderers FC
  • Avondale FC or Western United FC/Wellington Phoenix FC

Football Australia can also confirm the match details of the FFA Cup 2021 Round of 16 clash between Gold Coast Knights FC and Melbourne Victory.

Following Victory's 1-0 win over Adelaide City on Wednesday, they will now travel to the Gold Coast to face the Knights on 22 December at Croatian Sports Centre, Carrara, for a 7:30pm local and 8:30pm AEDT kick-off.
