More than 60 individuals, groups and organisations have been recognised for their contributions to Hobsons Bay, nominated in Council's inaugural Community Recognition Awards.
The inaugural awards recognise the achievements of community organisations, leaders and volunteers in the Hobsons Bay community who are striving to make a difference and drive positive change.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony at Williamstown Town Hall on Saturday 30 May as part of Council's National Volunteer Week celebrations.
Each award winner will receive up to $500 towards capacity-building training or professional development.
