Registration is now open for foodpro 2026, Australia's leading trade event for food processing, packaging and innovation, returning to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 26–29 July 2026.
The four-day event will provide food and beverage manufacturing professionals with the opportunity to explore cutting-edge processing equipment, packaging innovations and sustainability solutions, gain practical insights on automation and efficiency, and connect with 400+ suppliers and industry peers driving Australia's food manufacturing sector forward.

Following the success of the 2023 event, this year foodpro will feature an expanded show floor spanning every stage of food and beverage production, including ingredients, processing equipment, packaging, logistics and digital factory solutions.

- Industry networking opportunities including the Industry Connect Evening on 26 July at Melbourne Public for food industry professionals, plus dedicated spaces like the Industry Hub (featuring Food and Drink Business, PKN News and key food industry associations) and Business Lounge
- Exclusive food packaging training led by the Australasian Institute of Packaging (AIP) and the 2026 Packaging Innovation & Design Awards (PIDA) Gala Dinner on 28 July, celebrating excellence in food and beverage packaging design
The event will again co-locate the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology Conference (AIFST26), held over two days on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 July. The conference will bring together food science and technology professionals to explore current research, regulation and key industry challenges.
Across four days, foodpro is expected to attract professionals from food and beverage manufacturing, processing, packaging and engineering, as well as roles spanning R&D, quality assurance, sustainability, operations, procurement and government.
