Forrestfield serious crash

Major Crash officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred this morning, Friday 27 September 2019, in Forrestfield.

Just before 8am, a silver Toyota Celica hatchback and a red and grey Ford Maverick were travelling west along Roe Highway when just prior to the off ramp of Berkshire Road, they clipped each other causing the Toyota Celica to collide with a white Volvo truck.

The 54-year-old male driver of the Toyota received serious injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.

The 18-year-old male driver of the Ford and the 47-year-old male driver of the truck were not injured.

Major Crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or the Toyota Celica, and Ford Maverick travelling on Roe Highway prior to the crash, and ask anyone who was in the area around the time of the crash who has dash cam vision to upload it to:-
