A boy and a woman have been arrested following an affray outside a secondary school in Greenvale last week.
The arrest follows an incident where a group of five people attended outside a school campus on Glencairn Drive about 3.10pm on Wednesday 8 October.
The group approached several students before a scuffle broke out.
Two students sustained minor injuries not requiring treatment.
The group then fled in a vehicle.
Investigators believe this was a targeted incident and the investigation remains ongoing.
Today a 16-year-old boy from the Hume area and a 22-year-old woman from Mickleham were arrested.
They were both released pending summons.
A 16-year-old was girl from the Whittlesea area was also interviewed on 8 October and released pending summons.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have filmed vision of the incident to please come forward.
