Gaming room robbed at Taperoo, South Australia

Police are investigating a gaming room robbery at Taperoo overnight.

Just after 12.30am on Sunday 6 October, two men one with a firearm, the other a knife entered a gaming room on Victoria Road and threatened staff before leaving on foot towards Moldavia Walk with an amount of cash. Thankfully no one was physically injured.

The first suspect is described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance, 165cm tall, slim build, wearing a black balaclava, white long sleeved jumper and jeans.

The second suspect is described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance, 170cm tall, slim build, wearing a black balaclava, black jumper and black gloves.

Detectives from Western District CIB are investigating the incident.
