The Crisafulli Government is celebrating Queensland's youngest residents and their families, with the latest G'day Little Queenslanders event to kick off in Bundaberg.
The heartwarming free events are all about showering love on Queensland's new babies and their families, bringing together communities for a morning of fun, laughter and new discoveries.
The Crisafulli Government is rolling out the welcome mat for little Queenslanders at Alexandra Park on May 9 with live children's entertainment featuring the Bluey Live Interactive Experience, activities, food trucks, and welcoming spaces to play, relax and connect.
It's just one of the ways the Crisafulli Government is delivering a fresh start and a plan for Queensland's future, while also ensuring parents have access to the must-know government resources and local services.
Parents can also register their children aged 0-2 years to receive a personalised certificate on the day.
Premier David Crisafulli said each event would focus on bringing local families together to celebrate life's early milestones.
"G'day Little Queenslanders is about celebrating our youngest Queenslanders and connecting families with a wide range of support services and resources," Premier Crisafulli said.
"We'll be holding these events in 14 communities across the State to make sure every family, no matter where they live in Queensland, feels supported and connected."
Member for Burnett Stephen Bennett said the Crisafulli Government was helping connect the Wide Bay-Burnett community.
"Bundaberg's G'day Little Queenslanders event is the perfect way to celebrate Wide Bay-Burnett's youngest residents," Mr Bennett said.
"The free fun-packed outing offers locals the opportunity to explore information stalls and unwind in relaxing spaces designed for families to enjoy quality time together."
Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville, Mackay, Cairns and other locations will play host to future events.
